About Aitenders

Hi there 👋🏻
We are Aitenders!

Aitenders is an AI platform dedicated to managing tenders and complex projects. Our mission is to help teams save time, improve compliance, and maximize their chances of success.

Why we exist
Why we exist

The projects that shape the world are still won on documents no one can fully read.

Construction and infrastructure are the last major industries to digitalize , and it shows. Projects are more complex, competition fiercer, margins thinner than ever. A single tender can run to thousands of pages across dozens of documents.

Miss one requirement and it doesn't stay a small mistake. It resurfaces as a cost overrun, a slipped schedule, or a contract dispute. Yet most teams still review it all by hand.

The problem isn't that teams don't know it's broken. It's that fixing it has always cost more time than they have.

Origin

The same conviction since 2018.

Our founder, Geoffrey Guilly, came up through infrastructure. He watched the same failure repeat on project after project — critical requirements buried in the documentation, surfacing only when it was too late and too expensive to fix.

The first pitch deck, drawn up eight years ago, described almost exactly what Aitenders is today: one platform across the entire lifecycle of a project, from the first tender document to the final contract change. The idea was never the hard part. Building it right was.

So we did the unglamorous thing,  we built the product alongside the enterprises who would actually use it, learning how their teams think and where risk hides.

"This isn't a problem teams don't see. It's one they've learned to live with — and we're here to make that unnecessary."

What we believe

Four convictions the industry can't fake.

The lifecycle, not the moment.

Winning a tender is only the beginning. The decisions made during bid review, risk assessment, and contract negotiation shape what happens during delivery.

Your data is the gold mine.

Every project a company runs is expertise worth reusing. We structure it into a living taxonomy, a single source of truth that gets sharper with every tender you put through it.

Experts stay in the loop.

General-purpose AI has never seen the drawings for a nuclear power plant, so it invents them. Aitenders puts your experts' judgment at the center: AI proposes, your people decide, and every validated answer makes the system more accurate.

Built for the enterprise, not the demo.

Formal approvals, risk processes, bid teams of 150 people — that's the reality Aitenders was built for from day one. It's also why we deploy around real use cases, never a list of features.

The founders

Domain meets AI.

This problem needs two rare things at once: someone who has actually run the projects, and someone who has spent a career building the AI to make sense of them.

Where we're going

The standard for how the world gets built.

Our goal is to become the layer every serious project runs through to extract, secure, and act on its information. As the built environment digitalizes, the organizations that structure their knowledge first won't just move faster — they'll set the pace everyone else has to match. We're building that layer, for construction first and the wider economy next.
