Our founder, Geoffrey Guilly, came up through infrastructure. He watched the same failure repeat on project after project — critical requirements buried in the documentation, surfacing only when it was too late and too expensive to fix.
The first pitch deck, drawn up eight years ago, described almost exactly what Aitenders is today: one platform across the entire lifecycle of a project, from the first tender document to the final contract change. The idea was never the hard part. Building it right was.
So we did the unglamorous thing, we built the product alongside the enterprises who would actually use it, learning how their teams think and where risk hides.
"This isn't a problem teams don't see. It's one they've learned to live with — and we're here to make that unnecessary."
