About Aitenders

The intelligence operating system for construction.

One AI platform that reads, structures, and masters every requirement across the full life of a construction project — from the first go/no-go on a tender to the final contract milestone. Shipping since 2019.

Why we exist
Why we exist

The projects that shape the world are still won on documents no one can fully read.

Construction is the world's largest industry and one of its least digitised. Projects are more complex, competition fiercer, margins thinner than ever. A single tender runs to thousands of pages across dozens of documents.

Miss one requirement and it does not stay a small mistake. A single miss loses the bid, or costs millions in penalties during delivery. Most of that reviewing is still done by hand, against a deadline.

You already know this is broken. What you have never had is the time to fix it while a deadline is running.

Founded in 2019. Built with the enterprises that had the problem.

Geoffrey Guilly spent more than twenty years in finance, operations and complex infrastructure — as bidder, as approver, and as adviser to the authority. He watched the same failure repeat: critical requirements buried in the documentation, surfacing only when they were too late and too expensive to fix.

An idea in 2016. A prototype in 2017, built by Geoffrey himself with no coding background. A partnership in 2018, when he found Julien through his open-source NLP work. A company in 2019.

So we did the unglamorous thing: we built the product alongside the enterprises who would actually use it — bootstrapped, profitable, shipping. Thirty active clients later, including three of the top five European constructors, the platform you evaluate today is the one that has been running on Flamanville EPR, Hinkley Point C, Lyon-Turin and Grand Paris Express Line 15 for years.

"This isn't a problem teams don't see. It's one they've learned to live with — and we're here to make that unnecessary."

What we believe

Four convictions, and what each one costs us.

Built for construction, not adapted to it.

General-purpose AI has never seen the drawings for a nuclear power plant, so it invents them. Ours runs on 100+ construction-specific agents and a data model shaped by seven years of real bids and contracts. That narrowness is the point.

Your data stays yours.

Your ontology, your knowledge graph, your workflows — portable, and usable whether or not we are still involved. Run it in our cloud, a sovereign cloud, your own infrastructure, or fully disconnected. Microsoft ZDR certified.

Every answer arrives with its evidence.

A risk flag, a conformity status, a drafted response — each one links back to the clause that justifies it. Not because a regulator asks. Because you will one day have to show your work to a client, an auditor, or a tribunal.

We run the change, not just the software.

Every deployment comes with a transformation manager working inside your organisation from kick-off to scale, and engineers who build what you need on your own data model, in weeks. The platform creates the value. The people make it land.

The founders

Domain meets AI.

This problem needs two rare things at the same time: someone who has run the projects from the inside, and someone who has spent a career building the AI that can read them.

Where we're going

The standard for how the world gets built.

The plan has not changed in seven years: keep shipping. Deepen the ontology. Widen the deployment options — our cloud, a sovereign cloud, your own infrastructure, or fully disconnected. Take the platform into new geographies, and into adjacent work: facilities management, industrial engineering, MEP contracting.

Whatever brought you here, the door is open.

Customers, partners, and people who want to build this with us. Tell us which one you are and we will point you at the right conversation.
